Goals: Research, build, test and validate prototypes, concepts, and ideas via face to face and remote UX research​ with users of the various platforms that Elsevier offers

> Visit users to ​test prototypes​ in their own environment (contextual)
> Make and present reports that offer insights for further development
> Make and analyse surveys
> Develop and test customer journeys
> Usability testing of MVP’s
